You have to love a dedicated city.  Sarasota’s County Commissioners went through such a huge effort to get together and they got so much accomplished.  They voted to do nothing for a while.  With a 3-2 vote, they agreed not to vote on a stadium renovation plan that would keep Sarasota as the Reds’ spring training home.  They did go the extra mile and decided to continue talking about it.  Sharing the Goodyear facility with the Indians is looking more and more like a better option  At this point, it looks like the Reds are going to wait for Sarasota to come up with their best offer, which at this point, looks like no offer.
