Reds Doubled by Giants in Loss on the Road

September 17, 1976 at Riverfront Stadium

Giants 4, Reds 2  (95-54)

Giants starter Jim Barr held the Reds in check as the Giants topped the Reds.  Tony Perez doubled and drove in a run and the double was the only extra base hit for the Reds.  Joe Morgan and Bill Plummer both had two hits.

Jack Billingham dropped to 11-10 on the season.  He gave up three runs on seven hits and two walks through seven innings of work.
