August 13, 1976 at Wrigley Field 

Reds 7, Mets 3  (76-40)

The Reds continued their red hot August with another road win, this time over the Mets.  Dave Concepcion and George Foster accounted for all seven RBIs.  Foster homered for the 27th time, had two other hits and drove in four runs.  Concepcion had two homers, three RBIs, two runs and was a perfect four for four.

Jack Billingham improved to 10-8 on the season.  He gave up three runs (one earned) on seven hits and three walks with five strikeouts.  Rawly Eastwick got the final two batters out to earn his 16th save of the season.
