Reds 11, Astros 5  (1-0)

The defending World Champions got off on the right foot in their home opener against the Astros in front of a record 52,949 fans.  By the end of the third, the Reds had a 4-0 lead and while the Astros made things close by scoring three runs in the top of the sixth, the Reds answered with five in the bottom half of the inning to open the game up.  The Reds were helped along the way by four Astros errors.
